  • Orders are shipped using our premium logistics partner, BluDart.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated attempts may result in Return-to-Origin (RTO), with applicable deductions.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue are mandatory for all return or refund claims.
  • An unboxing video is highly recommended to support faster and accurate resolution.
  • Perishable goods, personalized items, sale items, and opened collectibles are non-returnable.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used via Cashfree, as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
