Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at toys-gifts-chocolates.com. We are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As we operate on a delivery-only model, customers are requested to carefully review this policy before placing an order.
All orders are shipped via our premium delivery partner, BluDart, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
1. NO RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY (UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED)
- Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
- Once an order is delivered and accepted, the sale is considered final.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Defective
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect item delivered
- Significantly different from the product description
- Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with valid photographic or video proof.
- Returns will not be accepted for change of mind after delivery.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
A return request may be approved if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- An incorrect product was delivered
- The product materially differs from the description on the website
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Products showing signs of use
3. DELIVERY INSPECTION RESPONSIBILITY
To avoid disputes, customers are strongly advised to:
- Inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery
- Check for visible damage before accepting the parcel
- Record an unboxing video as proof (highly recommended)
Acceptance of the delivery confirms that the package was received in acceptable condition.
4. UNDELIVERED OR RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS
- Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may be marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO) by BluDart.
- In such cases:
- Shipping and return charges may be deducted from the refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the item is received back and inspected
5. REFUND PROCESS
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated
- Shipping fees, processing charges, discounts, or applicable deductions may apply
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances once delivered:
- Perishable items (including chocolates, candies, cookies, food products)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale or discounted items
- Toys, collectibles, or accessories removed from original packaging
- Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
7. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
To initiate a return request, please email info@toys-gifts-chocolates.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue (including packaging if damaged)
Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved. All returns are subject to review and approval by our team.
